HOW TO Transfer Nokia Contacts to an Android Device

What all you’ll need:
1. Computer running on Windows
2. Nokia OVI Suite
3. Gmail Account
Start the Nokia OVI Suite.
Connect your old Nokia Phone to your computer and set your phone to PC Suite mode.If drivers weren’t installed, tell windows to find and install the drivers form either the internet or from your phone CD.
Check your sync Settings. Tell OVI Suite to sync with Windows Contacts.
To do that select Contact Tab from Sync Options (Menu Bar -> Sync menu –> Contacts Tab). Then under “Sync With Contacts Applications” choose “Windows Contacts”.
Now, click on Sync Contacts.
After Sync close the OVI Suite.
Open up windows contacts folder, its at (Your Windows installation drive, usually C:/ ) –> Users – > (Your user name folder) –> Contacts
Select all the contacts, and click on export.
From the export dialog box, choose the .CSV(Coma Separated Values) format and click on export.
Then type in a name and browse for a location to save your exported contacts .csv file and click on Next.
Next, select all the info. you want to export to your Android device and click on Finish. Don’t forget to select Mobile Number which by default is not selected.
Open your Gmail Account and select Contacts.
Then click on More-> Import and select your .csv contact list. Then click on Import. Your contacts will be imported to your Gmail Account.
All you need to do now is sync your android device to your Gmail Account from your android Table or Phone.
